In compliance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Procedure:

1. Any complaint regarding content on our platform must be submitted in writing to the Grievance Officer.

2. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours.

3. Resolution will be provided within 15 days as required by law. [citation:3]

4. For urgent matters (like government orders), content will be removed within 36 hours.


What to include in your complaint:

- Your name and contact information

- URL of the offending content

- Specific reason for complaint (defamation, copyright, hate speech, etc.)

- Supporting documents (if any)
